In the midst of an otherwise frustrating apartment search, Everett got me and my best friend into a gorgeous Art-Nouveau 2-bedroom in Bushwick in what was likely the best-managed lease signing I have ever been a part of. I had to rent my coop apartment in the midst of the pandemic when the market was flooded with similar units and rental prices started plummeting. It was challenging to get people to even view the listing or look at the apartment, let alone to rent it. I feel that Everett navigated this situation very well, helping me adjust pricing and presentation as necessary in order to stay competitive and eventually get the apartment rented. He was very responsive to calls, emails, and texts, and also took it upon himself to call me periodically to discuss how things were going. Overall, Everett made a difficult rental as smooth as it could be, given the circumstances. I found him to be totally professional in his approach to the work but also upbeat and pleasant to deal with. He worked hard to make everyone involved in this process happy, and to get the deal done.

If I could give 100 stars I would! Everett is by far the best agent in New York! With Everett's amazing help we went from a 900 sqft apt to a 1600 sqft apt and have additional amenities such as in-unit washer/dryer, backyard, dishwasher, and much more! His communication was fantastic, he shared all information we needed quickly and liaised with the landlord and the current tenant for all of our questions to ensure a proper move-in and made sure we didn't walk in to any surprises! He did leave us one surprise, a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us to our new place. I can't write enough good things about Everett!!!! I highly recommend Everett whether you are listing your property or looking for a new place. He is the best!
